Howdy! My name is Linda V.
My husband John and I founded our mini-stry sometime in 2013 but relaunched in 2015 under Mobile Minis.
As a volunteer, I am blessed to wear many hats. This includes the rescuing, caring for, daily feedings, barn cleaning, scheduling, social media posts, public relations, training minis, training volunteers, transporting the minis, scheduling vet and farrier appointments, medical maintenance, etc. Yes, it seems like a lot of work, but not to me. It is a labor of love! I am blessed to do this full time and grateful to have such a wonderful volunteer family. They share their gifts and talents helping me with almost all aspects of running the non-profit.
What I enjoy most about Mobile Minis? That is an easy one! Getting to know, volunteer alongside and become family with all of these wonderful ladies! The joy, smiles and cuddles we bring to the community. And of course…our furry family!
Fun fact about our furry family: In the past decade, Mobile Minis has been blessed to rescue & rehabilitate, adopt in and out, and/or give their happily ever after to a total of 33 equine! One more fun fact: No matter how long you take to groom them and make them perfectly clean and beautiful, the moment they go back to the pasture…they are going to roll! LOL
My name is Bonnie. I joined the Mobile Mini family in September of 2022 because of my love of horses/mini horses. I am a handler/helper and also go on site visits and help with barn visits. Watching the interaction of the minis with the visitors, and the joy the minis bring to everyone they meet makes my heart happy.
Fun Fact: The lifespan of a mini horse is between 25 and 35 years.
Hi, my name is Linda R. I’m a newcomer to the volunteer family, having joined in October of 2023. I’m still learning the intricacies of grooming and handling, as well as keeping everyone safe on-site visits. Joining this group was an answer to prayer, that is incorporating my love for animals, my desire to bring joy and comfort to people and most of all bringing glory to God in the process.

My name is Marcia. I joined mobile mini January 2023 and a handler/helper. I wanted to volunteer somewhere where I could serve and bring happiness and joy to others. Funt Fact: Mini horses can stand in one place for an extended p
HI, my name is Michelle. I joined Mobile Minis family in October 2022. I am a handler/helper, technical support for our website and for our volunteer family. What I enjoy most about volunteering is caring/loving on the mini horses and seeing the joy from many hearts these horses touch on site/barn visits. They are amazing!
Fun fact: Miniature horses are NOT ponies.
My name is Nancy. I joined Mobile Minis in December 2022. I am a handler/helper. My other labors of love include trimming and body clipping the minis. I enjoy helping at the barn and on site visits and seeing the joy in the faces of others when they connect with these amazing animals.
Fun Fact: Minis are very smart and intuitive - funny and quirky. What's not to love!?
My name is Terry. I'm very new to Mobile Minis, starting January 9th of 2024. I'm learning to groom, handle and volunteer on site visits. I'm enjoying the wonderful volunteers and their support. But most of all loving and grooming these beautiful minis.
